Review of Fort O BelAs an adventure travel blogger, I appreciate good value, especially when it comes to accommodations near stunning natural attractions. Fort O Bel is strategically located for those keen on exploring the magnificent Belogradchik Rocks and the historic castle nearby. The experience falls short of expectations regarding comfort and amenities. My stay included clean sheets and a warm room with air conditioning. The carpeted floor added a touch of comfort, although the overall aesthetic felt dated. A non-functional minibar and a very small flat-screen TV further detracted from the experience. The highlight of my room was the small balcony boasting views of the Rocks, though it offered little at night, drowned in darkness. While free parking is a convenient perk, the hotel's service, particularly in the restaurant, left much to be desired. I faced a lack of welcome and attentiveness from the staff, which marred my dining experience. Breakfast options seemed limited, prompting me to forgo that meal altogether. Ultimately, Fort O Bel may suffice for a brief stay, given its location.
